Default Removal

I have a default with Barclays bank of which the debt has been repaid. But I don't remember seeing an actual default notice, so I sent them a letter on the 1st Feb which they haven't replied to.

The bank account was setup by my ex wife, I was then added to her account and then when we split up, I foolishly took on the bank account with the debts and removed her name. Does anyone one know what kind of history will be attached to this bank account. And can anyone point me in the right direction for a letter saying that you haven't replied to me so please remove the default.

Kind Regards

Funkygibbon
