I am on a contract with Orange tat expired 9 months ago but they failed to tell me because I ticked the box that said "I do not wish to be contacted by Orange for marketing purposes" haha! How ridiculous.

I'm on a £15 a month contract (it was £35 but I got a £20 loyalty discount) when I asked about renewing the contract I was told they no longer did loyalty discounts and I was better to stick with my £15 a month deal until it expired in September.

So either way I will be going from paying £15 a month to £35 when I have been with them for 18 months + 9 months longer!

    Ridiuclous...
