bankruptcy newbie help

hi guys just need some advice im going to be making my br date this week but im really scared to be honest what happens when i go to court do i have to say anything to the judge??

im 20 years old and have debts of 16.000 im never going to pay this off

my partner has just gone back to work after being made redundant im still not working will i get a deduction?

is this bankruptcy guarnteed to go through i dont want to pay out and it gets declined like the DRO can

    some people dont even see the judge, if you do they usually just ask if this is what you want and if you understand the consequences.

    the bankruptcy will be granted if, you are insolvent and you have sought appropriate advice

    ta for the advice i went to citizens advice they told me to go bankrupt and also the national debtline. i tried going through a dro but found out i owed to much
    :( when i fill in the paper work do i put my partners income down as i dont have any at all
