Help required re defaults

Slightly off topic, but I read some quite bad reviews of Studio on here, and thought I'd post my experiences so far:

Applied/placed order on Saturday
Monday emailed query, got reply within a couple of hours, giving full reply to query, followed by customer service email to check I'm happy with reponse.
Thursday, received order and new catalogue
All good so far
Early days, but very pleased with service so far!

Me again lol!

I got my Experian report through the post today, and there is no sign of either of the defaults.
I'm really confused!

I don't understand why the Barclaycard one isn't showing any more, and now I don't know what to do. I was planning on contacting them and making a payment arrangement, but am now worried that this will make my report worse istead of better.

Also, when I obtained the previous report online, it was a huge document and showed linked addresses going right back to the 90s and including my bank, utilities etc. This one shows only an entry from Vanquis from 01/09.

I dont understand why this one is only a page and a half long. Can annyone explain it to me?

PS I cant pay for my Equifax report online as they dont seem to accept Maestro!! V confused!
