Yeah, I'm hoping for the same thing with Barclaycard, we sent for our 5 weeks ago, and nothing.!! At the end of the day, its your right to ask if they have a CCA, you are not doing anything wrong.

We wait everyday to see what the postie brings, but not a lot so far.

I volunteered your services to mouseanne.....she has had a card saying that one of her creditors is sending someone around to the house, I suggested she attach a hosepipe and point it through the letter box and give 'em a good drenching, but I also said I am sure that you could do some damage with your pole, to whoever comes round.

as if Ann needs any help, she'll just tell em to b~gger off and leave her alone. costs loads to send an actual body, so probably won't appear, hosepipe is a good idea, or we could give her a loan of the pole and she could poke him in the eye through the letterbox.........:cool::cool::cool:

been absolutely knackered to-day funny the older you get the longer it takes to recover from a really busy day or two ( three 18 hour days on the trot), I am still wiped, so off to bed to try to recover

Its a little bit cooler this morning, but that suits me just fine because I'm doing housework this morning.!!

Glad to see you back PDD and you too Nanny25k....and I have to agree with you, these long days at work really do take it out of you (at our age).:eek: We sometimes have mega days when it means a 12 hour shift, and I am exhausted after them, but I have to say that the young ones moan constantly, and really don't know what hard work is.:mad: There, you've gone and done it now, set me off, I sound like my grandma now.!! (But its true).:rotfl::rotfl:

I knew that I could depend on you and your trusty pole, or should that be rusty pole, Nanna.:rotfl: It seems perhaps is was just a ploy to panic Ann,:mad: but at least we have a plan, should it ever happen to any of us in the future.:T

Done usual banking check, and its payday....yipee.:T Off for breakfast now, and put some washing in, will be back during the day.

Feel better this morning, but my feet are still sore. Sun is still shining although its not so hot as it was, just pleasant actually. Not payday yet but we're doing OK, I think I might be getting the hang of this budgeting thingy, didn't half take me a while (40 years!!!!!). Hope everyone has a good day, no nasty letters and just a chilled day.....................

Hope you are managing to have a chilled out sort of day. I have been very industrious today, all housework and washing and ironing done and put away. Just got tea to cook and that's me done for the day. Well, it was Payday this morning, but has all now been allocated out, and another overdraft cleared off. Yipee.

Letter received from Lloyds TSB, no CCA, but sent copy of terms and conditions, and a reconstituted version of CCA. Just waiting to hear from Niddy, to see what we send back. Nothing from anywhere else, so they are not being paid.!! No defaults yet from any of them, but I suppose its only time.

Think I'm in need of a coffee, be back later.

Back from another long day, on the train this time so it meant sitting around a station for nearly an hour cos I'd just missed one - been to deepest Cornwall today, but at least it's been a little cooler =- especially as I had to cart my laptop and lots of paperwork around! If this keeps up I'll have to get a laptop bag with wheels - then I can run over the feet of people that insist on getting in my way:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
