Had our first reply back re our CCA requests......No copy agreement enclosed, says they have requested it from another department, and that is will arrive shortly under separate cover. Have posted the details on Niddy's thread, ready for when he gets back.

had a wee read in Niddy's thread, looks well dodgy to me (on the other hand, what do I know?????), didn't marbles sell on their credit cards years ago? Could be a wee jackpot there, fingers and toes crossed.

Och the termination didn't hurt at all, was reading in the paper last night that RBS have the most complaints in history with something enormous like 300000 for this last year, you can't be surprised though.............

Anyhow, I see the min pmt is £61.08 - interest charged £61.70??????????????????????? What's all that about:eek::eek::eek: Debt will be going up not down obv. & this is the one we now owe most on, well duh!
