It's already starting to get warm and I thought what kind of swim wear do people most like of. What do you want to see or do you just prefer not to go at the beach at all?

I was thinking of basic shorts or something humorous. Not sure yet though. Time will tell what happens here.0

HMMMM. WEIRD! :cool:Baldrick, does it have to be this way? Our valued friendship ending with me cutting you up into strips and telling the prince that you walked over a very sharp cattle grid in an extremely heavy hat?0

I just wear a pair of budgie smugglers ;p0

Sitting here freezing, contemplating having to work outside and the normal summer temperatures of the north east coast I was thinking thermal vest, leggings and fleece. As for activities, shivering and having lots of hot drinks tends to be the norm0

being fat, i cover up as much as possible on the beach - if swimming, wear a swimsuit and sarong, otherwise fully clothed. I always feel a burka would be appropriate wear for me! Bought a swimskirt this year to further cover up.
Don't like to see fat old women topless, sadly this is all too common. Aargh. I feel qualified to comment as I am one myself. I especially feel its an insult to other mediterranean countries who put up with it out of politeness but goodness knows what they think of us Brits.
Like to see - people wearing stuff that suits them - if tummy a bit fat, you look better in a one piece. Old men shouldn't wear speedos.
Rant over.0 -
I could not agree more - nothing worse than seeing a size 20+ wearing a bikini under the rolls of fat!
I used to wear a bikini but would not dream of it now, feel bad enough about wearing a one-piece at size 12 (complete with stomach!!) and age 48!What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0 -

I don't. I have a belly, and after years of being told I look far better in a bikini, have eventually conceeded. It made no rational sense that I'd look better in a bikini, but all a one peice does is make me look like a pregnant kangaroo.
When I'm in a bikini, the first thing you notice about me is my other "generous" curves. A couple of years back, I discovered the joys of a naturist beach on a small, laid back, unpretentious Greek island. Once I got over the initial terror, it was bliss. :TOnly dead fish go with the flow...0
