i cant write it down in this section, but usually they give you a 10% discount code for future orders in your confermation email, its the same but remove the the last two numbers and replace with 58,i hope that helped,i was looking up and down for the same peice of paper with the same code...happy shopping!:j

    yes thats the one!20%

    Thanks Marie

I write down all codes or *important* data in a jotter so I can look back as I wish. Well guess when I found it? Yes, after I searched and found it in one of the threads.

I ordered carrot cream on Sunday and still have not had it delivered, is this normal for body shop?
Thought I would order after all the good reviews on here. I have suffered from dry skin on my face for 10/11 years ( lizzard face) and have tried everything on the market so I'm hoping that this will work.

    Thanks xx

Just had my order delivered... the door was chapped (LOUD) and parcel left lying against the door. I could be on holiday for week/weeks. Why leave parcel there when anybody could see it?
Jeezo, they must loose a fair amount of items.

I couldn't wait to use my passion fruit cleanser once my order arrived. I'd forgotten how good it was! I've also purchased and started to use the carrot cream due to recommendations on this thread and I'm really impressed with it so far. It's not heavy or greasy and it doesn't irritate my sensitive skin so thanks to those who recommended it. :)

ok,i know i said i'll see you guys in three months *blushing, blushing*.
i went in store today and they said i could bring in my receipts and have my online purchase stamped. but i realised on the receipts that come with the package, there are no prices on them. so how can they verify i spent over £10?
do they calculate the price of the items on the reciept? i have some over £10 orders and alot of glitchy ones. just wondering.
    any ideas please?

I went into my BS today and SA told me head office informed them last week that they are no longer allowed to stamp the loyalty cards for online purchases :(
