    I've never rolled an egg... but I grew up in The Fens ... flat as a witches proverbial.

    Now I'm surrounded by narrow, winding roads with a 1:4 gradient (25%), so not advisable.

    BTW I noticed a cookery magazine had on the cver that it had recipe Ideas for cream eggs. Te picture was of a little tartlett with an egg on top, like a pizza.....totally mind boggling a sweet version....
