    I know but I need to eat proper food...just no appetite.

    Better go & straighten my hair & find something to wear...can`t believe I`m doing this & though I feel ok I worry that it will `hit` me later.

    Strong lime & soda please....make it a double!

    I know...I didn't eat properly for weeks, lost two stone.....mind you 'I' needed too!! And kept it off!!

    You'll be fine.....it is over so quick, it's a weird feeling very surreal!

    Well spoon, I bought some ovaltine today......do miss my hot chocolate, but I really like it now....funny how tastes change as you get older!!:rotfl:
