To be honest curly no, if you were already BR when you signed the contract then your liable for it now. If OH has not gone BR yet they could get out of it but then it would all fall on you.. did you have to have a guarantor when you signed?can anyone give me advise

There are other options, if you can find another tenant to replace you? if you did it through a agent you could ask them to remarket the property telling them your financial difficulties..0 -
