just watching TV
went to visit mum and dad for a few hours

For years we have been going twice a week for tea because of the long hours me and my OH worked

Now OH has gone, I've been getting a bit upset etc and not eating so Mum has said I have to go Mon, Wed, Fri and at least one day at a weekend.

I know, there is always one clock I don't adjust!!! Interesting DT on M.E. always ends up in a argument though x
