Definately start a spending diary - over the next month or so list everything that you spend on daily so that you can see clearly where your money is going. Have you done a budget planner yet ? if not I would definately recommend it as it helped me loads. Look under 'Money saving tools' on the left of the screen under budgeting for a really good budget planner.
Be careful about changing gas and electric suppliers because if you do you will have to pay off your arrears in one go.
As said before look into your spend on phone bills.
