Snow_Angel

Thanks - I just ordered mine. Quick question - could those people who have received theirs already tell me if there's a lot of 'marketing' in the book for Yakult (as these are the people who have developed the diet)? Thanks

(And thanks Mrs Mondragon :T )

Hi Snow Angel,

None at all really - there are only three pictures of the bottle in the whole book and it seems to be quite good at saying "probiotic drink" instead of a brandname.

Seems to be a lot of preparation in this fresh food lark though

It's tantamount to cooking some of it.
