how can you transfer a loan to a credit card??

how can I transfer a loan at bank to an empty credit card with a better rate?
when credit card will only do balance transfers to other cards? there must be a way surely??:confused:

    There's an article on MSE somewhere about getting two cards. Do a balance transfer onto another card that allows a credit balance eg Egg. Then withdraw the money to pay the loan.

    if you already have a credit card with enough of a credit limit on it pay the loan off with that card then get a new credit card and do a balance transfer to the new card,
