Mortgage lenders who accept incapacity benefits?

This may be a daft question but does anyone know if there are any mortgage lenders that accept incapacity benefit. My partner has been on IB for several years and although my income is probably sufficient to purchase the type of house we are after, if it is accepted, it may just give us better options.

I am sure Halifax used to and a few others. I wouldguess though that criteria is tight and you will have to prove a lot.
