Bank Charges Query

If it is with a DCA what would be the problem! You are paying it back aren't you. I am assuming a default has already been registered against you. As long as you are paying the balance off I really can't see a problem. My bank had not yet proceeded to a DCA - they told me they were waiting to see what happened with my court case. THEN last night they told me they were defaulting the account and passing it over to a DCA. If i get my charges refunded I will be left with nearly £2,000 to pay back at the end of the month. Which I have agreed to do.Quality is doing something right when no one is looking - Henry Ford
