i had one didnt find them very effective so went back to a normal remote control fan. problems with these are they are not very powerful. however they should be o.k for a average size room.

yup i noticed that with my tower fan, the power just doesnt seem to compare to a 'normal' fan, even on the highest setting.

Don't expect they've any left, but Tesco had tower fans for £13 a few weeks ago!
