Update on overpayment

my previous thread explained that instead of recieving my normal csa amount of £209 this month i recieved £1046 ??, there are no arrears and all i am waiting on is a special payment of approx £200 for a maladministration error...mmmm.
I have been waiting on a call back from the CSA after speaking to a supervisor who informed me she had given someone the job of speaking to payroll for all my paper work and that this person would then go through all my account figures and find out where the £1046 had come from.

After waiting all week i have now been told that this amount DID come from the employer and thay are awaiting a call back from them with the reason as to why they sent this amount. The NRP is not in a job that would pay large amounts for bonuses etc.

On speaking to the csa yesterday i told them that the relationship with the csa and the employer is not good due to them recently needing to send a warning to the employer for using the incorrect ref number for over 12 months and also that my belief is that the employer will not return the call and will purposely leave it for weeks if the csa do not push......meanwhile i am left with monies that do not belong to myself.

I believe that the employer has sent a bulk payment to the csa from a few NRP's but using my reference number only .

I am angry that not only are there pwc's out there who have recieved no monies this month but why did payroll authorise this payment to myself when there has been previous occasions when monies have been held back as the amount sent was higher than the figure on my payment schedule

Any advice would be much appreciated :(

Put the extra money aside and keep pushing so that you can send it back to them asap so that the other poor PWCs don't end up losing out.

thanks kelloggs, that's s my intention, but it's so wrong that i have to make more phonecalls than i normally do to the CSA to yet again sort out their mess...:(

It may not be the CSA fault entirely though as you say. If the employer doesn't give them the details of all the NRPs then there will be no way to track down the other cases.
