What are my choices? re:mortgage

Hi there,
I am in a situation where i plan to leave my husband in the very near future. He refuses to leave our family home & i have nowhere to go. I can't afford to rent somewhere & still pay my share of the mortgage on our house. all our money is tied up in our property and therefore until our house is sold or he buys me out (which i can't see happening) i have no money to put down as a deposit on a new house. i have no idea where i stand & what options i have to allow me to make the move. Once our house is sold there will be no problem as we will make a good profit. He refuses to accept there is a problem so i really need to leave before he will agree to sell the property. I feel totally stuck ... help!! Are their any kind of mortgages or loans available for this type of situation? Can my parents help me, they have no mortgage but are both retired?

As suggested to you in previous post, you have to first seek legal advice..this is a very stressful time for you therefore you need the support of those suitably qualifies to deal with such situations....Then see a whole of market adviser, they may charge they may not, but you can ask regarding fees, normally the first consultation is fee free.......0
