LIDL 31/7: Nordic Walking Poles

Lidl have Nordic Walking poles on offer from 31/07/06 for £14.99 which is cheap for proper Nordic Walking poles. I've got a set of poles from the last time Lidl had them on offer. The poles retail for £50+, although I have seen some for £30 from Germany.
Beware: some places try and sell normal treking poles as Nordic Walking Poles but they are not the same. This is easy spotted by the straps and the handles.
As for Nordic Walking, it's popular in Europe and in particular Germany. Yes, you do feel a bit of a twit at first but it's good way of keeping fit. Once you've got the poles there's little additional outlay so it a real MSE activity :money:
