Loan company chasing payment harrassment

Hi guys,

I'm pretty new to this site and have been reading through alot of posts regarding debt / loans. I had a payday loan which was paid back weekly (my wages go in weekly), it worked out i was paying back £230 then taking out £190 to make the money up. It was taken from my card using the number across the front. A few weeks ago I had my purse stolen with my bank card in, so i had to cancel the card which resulted in the loan company not being able to take the money! I was going to sort it out but then they started ringing my work saying which company they are from to my manager, they rang my parents and said that my loan hadn't been repaid! As u can imagine my parents went ballistic! They are now texting me past 9pm threatening with a mobile collection office. I've also moved house recently and didn't give them my new address (oooops!) can anyone give me any guidelines as to when they can contact me etc??

Thanks
