Returning nappies - vouchers used?

Options
I have a pack of size 1 pampers nappies from Tesco but my DD has moved on to size 2. I have the receipt and it's within 28 days - but I used a money off voucher with it and also got a free Pampers Hamper. Would it still be possible to return it?

I`m pretty sure u dont need to have the reciept anyway to exchange them, as long as they havent been opened. Its worth trying without anyway, that way u def get to keep the hamper ;) good luck! x

  • We had to change a couple of packs of nappies when our LO moved from size one to size two. We didn't have the receipt anymore but they exchanged them no problem - they were tescos nappies so obviously came from the store, not sure if they would exchange other brands.
Silence is golden...unless you have a toddler. In that case silence is very, very suspicious!

I would take them to Boots and exchange there, they are excellent at exchanging products that they carry, without a receipt.

Boots won't exchange/take returns of nappies for health and safety reasons (unless they have relaxed their rules in the last year or so)

  • I've exchanged nappies at Tesco without a receipt. They would have been Pampers. Did not have any problems, but it was a while ago now, so things may have changed.
