I suppose these type of little rewards keeps us 'real' shoppers going in the shops as opposed to all becoming virtual shoppers. If we did all resort to online shopping then I suspect the future for our supermarket staff would be a little bleak.

    OMG - get a life.

i have been using this forum for a while but rarely post.......because, i think that some of the members on here are unnecessarily rude to members who post. why cant people be polite? can we try & have a bit of consideration for our fellow members instead of snapping at them?

    please?? :o

sorry to use you as an example victoria meldrew but i have read alot of rude posts lately that have frustrated me...........

    Assistant refused my coupon
I had bought the naturals conditioner the day before

Went back with my voucher but she said as it did not have the big logo persil (as on the voucher) on the front I couldn't use it
I said but it says persil naturals and this is naturals and made by persil

She shouted at the top of her voice to a colleague "weve got another one" "your not having it""can't you see it doesnt have the big persil logo so its not valid"

I pointed out politely I thought she was mistaken and removed the naturals from my other shopping
I used my voucher in sainsburys tonight instead

No need to be so rude about it
"Very funny, Scotty. Now beam down my clothes."

I tried this on Saturday in Wilkos, I tried to get 3 bottles with the coupons taken off and handed to the SA, who said you have to buy the persil naturals, I argued saying its made by persil so why couldn't you take the coupon.
Then a supervisor was called when i said I didn't want them if they wasn't prepared to take the coupon off. She was a right old snotty cow and demanded the coupons back!

    Yeah I should think so.

My Wilkinson staff were being told not to take them in exchange for the comfort while I was in store Sat am. fortunately I had the two mocs with me so still a good deal.

    MOCS

    from this MSE thread

Ooops, MOCS went OOD yesterday... although I haven't noticed that so I'll hand it over anyway I guess :)

Sorry but the CSA was perfectly within their right to refuse to accept. The coupsons are for Persil, NOT COMFORT, even though both brands are made from the same company, that coupon is still only valid for one brand! It would be like if there was a £1 off coupon on a Coke bottle, saying £1 off SCHWEPPES, so even though Coca Cola and Schweppes are together, the coupon would only be valid of the stated brand, not that hard to understand now is it! ;)

The Coupons you mentioned also were not your property, as you had not purchased the Comfort bottles in the end, so the Supervisor was well within the right to demand them back, I would have done the same! (otherwise it constitutes theft)

Anyone who uses these vouchers properly, and within the stated conditions should be praised, that is people who use them on Persil naturals products, and not in conjunction with other offers. :T

My local Wilkos had been given the heads up about not accepting the £1 off Comfort, but they kindly pointed out that the Persil in question was half price... so:
    2x Comfort: £1.96
    2x Persil £3.96
    Subtotal: £5.92
2 x printable MOCs for Comfort Naturals: -£1.50
    2 x Persil MOCS from Comfort: -£2.00

    Total to pay: £2.42

I'm happy with that for 2 bottles of Comfort Naturals Fabric Conditioner and 2 bottles of Persil Naturals Liquid Detergent (18 washes each) :D

I purchased 2x comfort naturals today in Wilkos and used the vouchers attached, no problems. It does say on the coupon that they can be used immediately, to me that means remove them and use them against the item in hand.
