Write back, telling them your situation. Give them the contact details and insist that any communications are done in writing. Let Payplan know and provide them with copies of the correspondence. They should know what to do next.

    Good luck x

I've not dealt with them. But if you are on a DMP with PayPlan, I'd write to the debt collection agency saying that and asking that all correspondence goes through PayPlan. I'd also let PayPlan know and get PayPlan to contact them if it's appropriate. I certainly wouldn't put any undues stress on yourself by contacting them yourself, they are bound to put pressure on you to pay money you cannot afford. I'd let PayPlan deal with it on your behalf, or give you their advice on what to do next, so as not to jeopardise your DMP.

    Good luck :)
