Good luck for tonight Luc, I'm sure you'll love it when you're there.

Pap, ignore them, they'd have had a go at you about being big if you hadn't lost weight some people will use any excuse they can find.

I've just survived a saturday afternoon trip to tesco on my own, I haven't even attempted that for ages. It did help though that someone knocked over a display of sparkling wine, however much I got in people's way or held them up they couldn't be as annoyed at me as the staff must have been with him! No idea how I managed to spend twenty quid, but most of it was on fruit and veg so I don't mind too much.
Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.

He's doing well thanks. Seems to be getting an understading of night and day - had it a bit topsy turvey at first. Still got very dry, scaley hands and feet.
My SIL (to be) is being so supportive and hands on. I am so impressed with him.

A Tesco takeaway? A good compromise - bung it in the oven.
N.B. Tesco had gammon joints at half price on Thursday. £3.50 - will keep me fed all week.

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.
