    It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
    We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
    Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

    I had something similar with DD2 about a year ago (although she is more than twice Freya's age) when she threw her one and only tantrum and ended up locking herself in the bathroom and lying in the empty bath.

    She had, at this stage, missed her flute lesson so I made her phone the teacher to apologise for not turning up. It was difficult to deal with at the time, but we both laugh about it now. I still don't know what was really behind it.
