Credit Agreement Request

Hi, I'm newly registered, but I've been lurking for ages. I hope someone can help me.
I know you can request a copy of your credit agreement for loans and credit card debts and if one can't be produced the debt is unenforceable, but does that also apply to overdrafts? Is there a different letter I need to send?
Thanks in advance. x

Hi Juicylou
Overdrafts are not covered by the same legislation and a CCA, so there is no similar way of looking into whether they are enforceable (or more specifically unenforceable).A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0
