Address needed for Barclaycard!

Hello,
I have recently found out that ny dad is having credit card problems and I am helping him to start sorting it all out. Having spoken with CCCS they have advised him to write to all creditors asking them to hold his account.
I have drafted these letters for him but he cannot find a Barclaycard statement as they have not been sending him any since he has been in arrears on his account. The only correspondehnce he has is from a debt collections agency.
Can anyone who has a credit card account with Barclaycard email or post the customer services or payment address?
I have looked on their website and there is not a single address listed on their only customer telephone numbers.
