    My goals last week were:

    1. Go to Tesco and get fresh stuff needed which is on list and NOTHING ELSE! Yes!
    2. Try and make some money via QuidCo. No! (looked for some stuff I had to buy but couldn't find anyone who sold them....bah!)
    3. Basically just don't waste money on crap! Erm, well, I bought a lip jelly on Friday as I was going out and didn't want to wear lipstick and I really like it....however I guess I didn't need it so maybe I failed...? Every other purchase has been a necessity though this week.

    Goals this week are:

    1. Do not withdraw cash for anything until at least Thursday (pay day).
    2. Buy ONLY the fresh veg needed, on list, from Tescos, on Thursday....
    3. Get another quote on fence top trellis installation (last quote was...:eek: )
    4. Sort out Lovefilm free trial on QuidCo.
    5. Do leg work out DVD again, as donated by Fishface69 :money:

    Good luck everyone!

    1) Put one thing on ebay (did this and it's up to £8.99 with 14 watchers)
    2) Do a stock list of all bobbles etc (nope, but am tackling this room this week)
    3) Drum up at least one new client (yip)
    4) Stay positive as I always start to feel down about money about this time of the month - so much month left! (done well with this by keeping myself busy)

    Goals for this week;
    1) Keep life simple
    2) Sell one item on ebay
    3) Totally gut front room and catalogue and sort all kids hair stuff to start web site properly
    4) Go and sign up for body massage course
    5) Lost 1lb of 7lbs I want to lose!
    January budget
    Nothing left!
  • Hey everyone,

    Here are my goals from LAST week:-

    * 3 no spend days - No - think I managed one :o
    * Weeding and tidying up in the garden - Yes, I did quite a lot today. Still a bit to do though.
    * Go to slimming class (go fishface!) - Yes, rejoined on Wednesday evening and got free registration!
    * Go for a walk on beach - No, no excuse for this one
    * Pray to sell more on amazon - Yes sold another 2 books. 6 in 2 weeks. So £50 coming my way on 1st August. Wish I had more cookbooks/weightloss books to sell!
    * Send email to my lonely friend in Oz - Would've done this but got an email saying she'd come home. Seeing her next week.
    * Clean house thorougly (sp?) on Saturday in preparation for PIL visit on Sunday- Quite tidy and kind of clean but needs a proper going over this week.

    Here are my goals for THIS week:-

    I am on holiday this week and OH is away on tour, so have a massive list of things to do - really looking forward to pottering about in the house on my own and getting stuff done.

    * Do minature top up shop tomorrow then keep to shopping challenge. I am a bit all over the place with this one as OH is not really on board and keeps buying things but then sometimes eats *joint* food so don't really know what to do about this. I've also had to give him £20 from food budget to spend on tour.
    * If go to visit friends on Tuesday/Wednesday, then spend as little as possible.
    * Get as much done on my list of jobs as possible so I can have a relaxing week with OH next week

    scottishspendaholic x
    MBNA = £4,000 / Next = £925 (approx. tbc on 19/8)
    Tesco = £2,910.11 / Smile overdraft = £500
    Bank of Scotland = £2,782.83
