More than likely you may have ticked a 'no thanks' box for marketing offers when you took out your clubcard? Then you would get no till-spits.
Try phoning Clubcard helpline and ask them if your account is set to receive no extra points offers at the till....then tell them to change it please as you've decided you are missing out!

Just back from Tesco. I used my little-used card, which churned out a till spit for a free 30 points - for free! Woohoo 0

Tescoing today - two transactions and no till spits.
I bought 2 storage containers for my slimfast and asked if I could have points for them ............... next thing the people behind me were going on about how I shouldn't have them. The supervisor came over and said oh I don't care, just give her 2 points to keep her quiet !!! well it is 8p at MFI.
