Till-spit vouchers for extra Tesco Clubcard points

HI Welshy yes tomorrow is till spit day. After a week away with no Tescos I was very excited when I popped to Tesco. But no H+B leaflets. No till spits etc. Looking forward to Monday now.

My youngest Boy is on the pic on the left, photo was taken on Easter last year. He is nearly 2 now.

Pleased to hear that tomorrow is Till Spit Day :T (I am due same day as you and ella).

I work on the checkout in Tesco and the new ones always come out on Monday but it saves it for you so if you don't go in until Friday, you will still get it and most times thay are in date for 2 weeks (ish). The vouchers date always seem to end on a Sunday. Not everyone will get vouchers (some staff don't even get them on their discount card!). Nobody seems to know why some do and some don't.

Why dont i ever get any till spits?well not for ages most ive had i think was 20 points on 80p baked beans!Yet i go quite regular on the days expecting the till to produce one had not been for a week.... yes a whole week i had the shakes rotfl yet still no spit i want one i want one lol

Hmmmmmm - I finally got one BUT ONLY because I am very aware of what a till-spit is...I am sure this is not representative of most tesco employees but my till assistant seemed to take a liking to my till-spit and tried to keep it for themselves!!!!!!! :mad:

I wait weeks to get one and then when I finally do the till assistant tried to hide it - as it comes out with your receipt it looks like a piece of paper that has been printed by mistake - therefore she placed it to one side and then handed me my receipt. I then said oh what's that and she said "oh that's nothing" and I said it looked like an extra points voucher...at this point she said " oh sorry was it? and passed it to me" with a face of innocence. The thing is I know that she was aware of what it was as she held it face down at all times and placed it to one side of her till - hoping to secrete it I suppose.

Disgraceful!!! This might explain why there is such a good trade on ebay...?!? If I hadn't known what I was looking for then I would have missed this...

I have seen this done by a male SA in a local shop, he put it to the side of his till, the woman didn't notice. Unfortunately due to my selfishness and not wanting to draw attention to myself I said nothing.

I would prob. have been cheeky and asked the SA if I could have the Till Spit if the previous ustomer didn't want it
