Appeals Service Complaint

I sent in a complaint letter to the appeals service in Blackpool

Originally they were going to uphold my appeal due to what evidence they had and i had suppplied further evidence .He was going to liase with another colleuge and come back to me .He eventually did come back and stated it should go to tribunal .

After receiving the papers from them My National Insurance number and my case password was revelled to the other party .

I got a half hearted reply stating they did nothing wrong as there is other security questions in place (like everything the other party knows ) as i have had issues with this before .

Is this worth the time and effort pursuing further

Surely they are in breach of Data Protection Act, I would involve Information Commissioners Office, who will investigate this for you, you should then apply for financial redress on grounds of maladministration.CSA lost a load of our appeal evidence (about 80 pages of bank statementw which proved, they had used child benefit, CSA money from their father payable to my wife for step-children, wife's business expense reimbursement and an insurance payout in my wifes name all as my assessable income), ICO investigated and found CSA in breach of 6th and 7th Principles of Data Protection Act

How do i go about financial redress as it is one balls up after another with these idiots at times .
Constantly calling them to correct their mistakes .Appeals sinario .Disclosing of information to the other party harrasment wrongly getting liability orders inhibitian orders etc

Also this is causing problems at work also because of my financial situation

I would maybe like to go down this route

They done same to us, a multitude of errors that are corrected incorrectly time and time again.Just keep strong, and hopefully truth will prevail, thats what we are clinging to. CSA just not interested at changing our assessment, even though it has been proven over and over again, it is totally incorrect, and so are the alleged arrears, that they have a LO, CCJ and interim charge on our house for!! CSA Appeals will not change assessment as PWC has stated she will appeal their appeal decision, so it will go to Tribunal anyway

Even the CSA Rep at County Court told us she has never seen the system fail anyone as terribly as in our case, but alas she can't change the assessments/arrears, it is for the Tribunal to decide, they are impartial apparently, so we just have to wait and see, as you will also I suspect
