my little situation

although i am far from being greatly in debt, i do feel i need some help before i fall further.
i am an 18 year old girl and have maxed my overdraft and am almost at my credit card limit. i have NO disposable income.
Monthly Incomings:
My salary - £900
Monthly Outgoings:
Mortgage/Rent - £300
Council Tax - £68
Gas - £30
Electric - £30
TV License - £12
Phone - £100
Food - £50
i realise this leaves me with about another £300, but this seems to go on necessities as well - broken ironing board, dodgy washing machine, emergency taxi to a&e. my food shopping is almost doubled most months also by the fact my housemate eats my food (despite my name labels over everything!)
i am having a short break in paris in a week and also hoping to move out of this house to a cheaper one with my long term boyfriend in november, but am worried about my finances.
any suggestions on how i can improve this situation?

The key thing is to keep an eye on "incoming" and outgoing". I know it sounds basic but keep these level whilst you don't have enough to save and you should be OK!0

And well done for spotting your problem so early. Many of us here have far greater problems because we had our head in the sand for too long. Get out of debt now while you still can! Good luck!
Debt as at 12th July 2006 - £61,345
Debt free 21st Oct 2011.
All thanks to :money:0 -
Double well done for spotting your debts this early
I started getting into debt that early. I had similar debts when i was 18. however instead of paying it off or seeking help i just got another cc and got a bigger overdraft then a loan. It only snowballs from there on if you dont face it. Was only just turning 22 and had mounted up over £40000.
Make sure you take advice from the guys in here and try pay your debts off. Dont get into any more debt. especially if your struggling now
Pretty sure youll be fine. You seem a more sensible and mature than i am and im 24. Mind you im a guy which means i will probably be immature until im 30 lol.
Good luck
