No worries for the highjacking but can anyone tell me the answer to the original question. If I buy back the beneficial interest for my property and carry on paying the mortgage from then on (having never missed a payment at all), how much difference would it make to my credit rating after bankruptcy - both before discharge and aftwards. Is it as effective as a credit card rebuilding credit etc.....How much help does it give in applying for mortgages in the future. Anyone had a similar experience? Thanks.0
