Lightspeed not given points (?)

sorry if i have posted this in the wrong section.
I completed a survey with Lightspeed, was sent chocolate to try and completed the follow up survey. I did the follow up survey yesterday. Immediately after finishing the followup, I did another survey. I was credited with the points immediately, as it is with all surveys I have done with Lightspeed. I have not been credited with the 350 points as promised.
I sent an email asking when the points will be credited to my account. I haven't heard a reply yet (too early I guess).
I was wondering if anyone else had this survey and have you had your points yet?
I'm this close to getting my Amazon voucher.

I didnt do this survey but had a problem with points not being allocated to my account some time ago. I emailed them and I did get a reply a few days later and the points were added to my account.

Thanks! I'll give it a few more days, then I'll email again.

I did the same survey and have already emailed them to query the reason for the 350 points not going on straight away. They haven't replied yet though.

My points were credited yesterday.

You still get Lightspeed surveys? I haven't had any in months! It's so frustrating as I'm near a £10 Amazon voucher....
