andy-notts have you tried your present lender, if its halifax they now offer the same range to existing customers as they do for remortgage customers - wouldn't need to prove income then0

Mamma,
Are alliance and leicester any good at the moment? I need a mortgage with WFTC added as income, do they add all of it, even the childcare bit?0 -

Yes they add all of it on, the annual amount. Alliance and Leciester are not overly competitve at the moment and their service can be a bit iffy. I'm speaking from a brokers point of view as broker applications are handled seperately from those that are sent direct through a branch.
If I had to choose I would go for Halifax, but accord have some good products at the moment too http://www.accordmortgages.comI am a Mortgage Adviser

its not just the rates that need comparison, its the fee's involved and your mortgage balance at the end of the fixed rate period which needs considering. Have you instructed a whole of market broker to make these comparisons for you?
