Interested in following a more healthy diet and was wondering where is the cheapest or what type of shop it is best to buy seeds and fruit from? Any advice welcome.

I try to stock up on offers.... Julian Graves do good offers. Holland and Barrett do, but they can usually be really expensive. The worldfoods section at most big supermarkets is a good place - don't go to the healthfoods bit at a supermarket, whatever you do - its twice the price. An Asian or Chinese supermarket will have some things good and cheap (rarely a Japanese one, tho). And bulk buying, as nearly always, can be cheaper.
Hope this helps!2023: the year I get to buy a car0
