    Hang on a minute folks, I think that for the sake of relevance, house prices, the economy and the recession/recovery (delete as appropriate) should get a mention.

    House prices, if you want it, pay the price that you think its worth.
    The economy, spend it now, you could be dead tomorrow.
    Recession/recovery, us little people have no choice but to just accept whats happening.

    Thats that sorted - now lets get down to the nitty gritty nice people.
    make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
    and we will never, ever return.

    Hi and thanks for setting this up. Hope you are all well. Phew trade is grim. I think this was the year that my customers were hoping for a bit of a turn around. So far the new year has been worse than ever.

    Still the sun is shining, Not far off from the general election so in a dark way, some entertainment from the grey people no doubt will be had.
