Free Knork! (collect tokens+receipts)

Utterly ridiculous. Sent in my 4 Knork vouchers after loyally buying (and eating!) 4 packs of Chicago Town.

So, fast forward to today and got a letter from them saying "no Knork for !!!!!!_face, you've not sent receipts".

Had no idea they wanted receipts!!! :mad:

They didn't even refund the cost of my stamp!

Where on Earth do they think I would have gotten my packs from? There are many legitimate reasons not to keep receipts for a poxy pizza. Do they think I would've hacked into boxes in the supermarket do get the darn Knork illicitly??

What is wrong with Chicago Town?!

It's beyond reprehensible. I'll admit I BOUGHT the darn pizzas because I thought the Knork sounded like a useful tool and a bit of fun. Otherwise I'd avoid them as they're not the most healthy... but a useful post-pub snack.

Ridiculous waste of time. I'm never buying Chicago Town pizzas again.

Martin Lewis - can you please start a campaign to help get us our honestly-deserved Knorks?! :T

i finally got mine after nearly 2 months, its not a knork, its a pure fork (big and heavy)

I got mine too. It's a newer type of knork which doesn't have a sharp edge but instead has a bevelled edge which cuts through food if you use a rocking motion.

I had that reiept to. I thought they may have been funny so i put a little dash next to it so they knew.
I remember collecting the tokens it was painstaking as sainsburys didnt give me the reciept for some of them, luckily managed to get some and sent of for 2 as id wasted the time effort and money. mine came quiet quick. i hope you all get it sorted and manage to recieve the knorks you sent off for

Also if it helps chigo town is also DR Oetker so maybe you could try contact them through dr oetker if no lluck getting through CT

Been waiting months for mine, in fact forgot all about it till I read this thread!

I did receive a letter about a month ago saying that they were out of stock and apologised for the delay but they would be with me shortly....

Oh my god, after probably about 6 months, they've arrived - and they are actually quite nice!!

Can you believe it?

Out of the blue I got an email promising a Knork some months after my complaint to them.

No apology. But anyway, it finally arrived.

It's... alright; nothing special. Solid and heavy. No sharp edge though.

More a fork than a knork.

What a palava and an anticlimax. Still, thought I had to report the latest in the saga.
