Here's a general idea of what im doing:
H2B - Im getting him a set of cufflinks . Im also sending him a mini poem on the morning of the wedding, not soppy, more funny, something to make him laugh!
Mums - Big bouquet of flowers with cute poem, seen several online that almost brought a tear to my eye reading them!
Dads - my dad is getting Father of Bride Socks! H2B is sorting his dad out, so i dont know what he has planned there.
Bridesmaids - Matching necklace/earings
Bestman - my H2B is dealing with this, but i have a feeling it'll be a personalised pint glass or something along those lines.
Ushers - All the guys are getting matching cufflinks.
Guests - At the moment im doing seed bags/paper but that might change yet, depending on what i find!:jProud mummy to a beautiful baby girl born 22/12/11 :j0 -

my h2b (I am struggling with this one too, but am working on it!)
mum (getting my mom this http://www.buyagift.co.uk/Product/Id/4162/Name/Afternoon_Tea_for_Two_at_The_Mount_Somerset his mom probably flowers)
bridesmaids (got my flower girl this http://www.threelittlebears.co.uk/me-to-you---bridesmaid-plush--frame-gift-set-2372-p.asp and this for the adult bms http://www.buyagift.co.uk/Product/Id/3924/edit/1/blind/1)
bestman (leaving him to my other half!):TMSE B2B 4th June 2010! :T0 -
my h2b - your the best gift he will ever get
mum - she loves you regardless, how about something handmade like a little box of 20 things my mum taught me Theres a list on google somewhere
bridesmaids - if you have bought dresses, shoes, hair etc - i dont think they need anything else.
bestman - make sure its useful, a tankrad is only worth buying if you know he'll use it. What are his hobbies?
and usher's - again do you really need to buy them anything after paying for their suits.
Remember none of these people agreed to fill these roles on the chance that they would get a great gift out of it, they do it because its an honour to be asked and because they love you and they want to help.
:TIs thankful to those who have shared their :T
:T fortune with those less fortunate :T
:T than themselves - you know who you are!:T0 -

Our bridesmaid will be given the jewellery to complement the dress I bought for her as a memento of the day, regardless of how much I have spent on that dress.
Our best man will get a tankard as it is something OH wants to give him that he can keep as a memento, same as OH has one from being a best man years ago, and my sons who have one of my late father's 2 tankards each.princesswoo wrote: »Remember none of these people agreed to fill these roles on the chance that they would get a great gift out of it, they do it because its an honour to be asked and because they love you and they want to help.
Exactly right - but regardless of any other costs related to their roles, we want to give them both a gift to remind them of their contribution to our special day.0 -
My husband and I bought each other watches, I also bought him an engraved pocket watch as it went wonderfully with his suit.
We didn't buy anyone else anything, because they weren't getting married.,___,

my friend got me a really nice simple necklace when i was her chief bridesmaid, meant so much and i wear it all the time!
Altho i dont think you need to spend alot, the card with a little personal message from them both inside meant just as much, and ive kept that 2!0 -
H2B: cufflinks
BMs: silver charm bracelets (there's 4 of them aged 13 & under)
step-mum: flowers (she has done loads of dress alterations for me and the BMs)
DS: I don't know but I want to get him something as he's only 5 and will be jealous of the BM's gifts, lol
Bestman: not having one
MIL: hadn't thought of getting her one, should I?
Dad: dittoCos I don't shine if you don't shine.0
