I knew someone who resigned from phones 4 you, (yes I know its spelt wrongly) because he could not stand their way of dealing with people.
I too have had problems with warranty claims, as in, "go away and take it back to the manufacturer". I know they had an obligation but I got nowhere.
I will never go in their shops again.0 -
hi! my hubby bought a d500 a few weeks ago for £99.99 from a phones4u store, on o2.. he has (so far) had no probs and loves his new phone! :beer:

Had mine for a year with no problems. Gave it to the wife who used a Tesco strap to put it around her neck. Less than one week later the strap broke and it is now broken !Divorce all finished- now to start saving for a better future!0

awww thats a shame :eek: strap should not have just broke though..
