    You realise it will not be easy - which is good.

    So the next step would be to get in contact with a whole of market adviser - and see what they can find for you.

    A good adviser will discuss your case verbally with a lender before doing any credit checks.

    i was really after a bit of confidence to approach a broker which is what i found for a short time untill i read your post.

    I understand people in your position would rather hear what Conrad had to say, if I was in your position I would like to hear that also...However at the end of the day it's facts that matter..
