Only use it in gel or cream form for anything where skin needs healing. Pointless taking it in tablet form.

It is recommended in tablet form to heal internal bruising, sometimes following surgery or childbirth. I also use witch hazel as a toner, aloe vera for sunburn, vinegar for cleaning and fabric softener, I also use various essential oils.
All in a bid to reduce the synthetic chemicals in our household.

Tablet form has about 0.0001% arnica and does absolutely nothing ;)

    If only!

The 30c homeopathic strength will have 0.0000000000000000000000000000001% in it.

That's the same as on atom dissolved in the Pacific Ocean.

In all the tablets of homeopathic Arnica ever made, there has probably never been an atom of arnica in any of them!
    How to find a dentist.
    1. Get recommendations from friends/family/neighbours/etc.
    2. Once you have a short-list, VISIT the practices - dont just phone. Go on the pretext of getting a Practice Leaflet.
    3. Assess the helpfulness of the staff and the level of the facilities.
    4. Only book initial appointment when you find a place you are happy with.

I've recently made my own pilewort ointment for ...... erm..erm... well the name gives a hint. Sorted!
My OH & I have made our own feverfew tincture for my headaches.
Olive oil for face cleanser & body moisturiser.
Coconut oil (small amount smoothed over hair) for giving hair a soft sheen.
I also made chickweed ointment for itchy skin.
Mixtures of essential oils, lavender, geranium, patchouli etc (not all together) - mixed with water & a little cheap vodka to disperse the oil, put into a spray bottle & use a body spritzer or room & pillow spray.

I like the idea of that. :T

I found aloe vera gel very cooling when I splashed hot fat on my hand. :(
