Rock Music

Options
Does anyone know of any sites I can download Rock workout music. I've just joined a gym, and want some good 'pumping' rock to workout to. I have plenty of rock music, but not with the right beat to exercise to. I'm looking for tracks similar to Judas Priest's 'Locked In', Thunders 'Dirty Love', The Cult 'Lil Devil', etc. Any suggestions are welcome.

I would definetly recommend some techno or if you've have to have rock, then something really light.

I like rock myself, but considering workout, it's not a good choice.

You can try something incredibly "brainless" music, it works just fine for workouts. :j

i too use rock music to workout to.

    have a look here
    http://www.mmartins.com/mmartins/bpmdetection/bpmdetection.asp

you can get software which analyses the bpm of your mp3 files so you can sort them to find ones of similiar bpm to the somgs you listed above
You got to get through what you've got to go through to get what you want but you got to know what you want to get through what you got to go through.

Another good way would be to join myspace, look at the rock bands and then message the ones you like. They'll give you their itunes link to buy their music on line. Very cheap this way and a great way to personalise your music

I use German metal band Rammstein for working out, their songs have a good midpaced beat, best songs are Sonne, links 234, Mutter and Fier frei
If at first you don't succeed, maybe bomb disposal isn't the best career choice.

Part of the Furniture Combo Breaker I've been Money Tipped!
I like to use System of a Down's Steal this Album to run to. The mix of fast paced and slower songs is useful for interval training and I find it hard not to work harder to some of the songs.

    It's only a game
