these any good? As normally you need to up between half and full size in trainers, I found a 4, current bid is £21!

Thanks, the pod ones are the closest, I was after something more of a level platform than a wedge, so I am still the right height for my dress and don't trip over! (My actual shoes are a whopping heal because I'm tiny!)

Was pretty fast delivery - the sizes are in us you'll need to convert the sizes, then add an extra 1 as the sizes do come up small - i did this and mine fit perfectly
