Adding names to a mortgage

Hi, how does it work when you want to add a name to a mortgage? Can you add a name, or two names, and then remove your own name if you want? I'm considering doing this, but don't really know what's involved. c

Have you thought about this at all before posting???
Why on earth would any lender allow it?
If you want out of the mortgage, sell it to the other people!!I was born too late, into a world that doesn't care
