Scam

I did a very silly thing a few weeks ago and paid the company (If you can call them that!) Pathway Finance around £64.00 to get a loan. I was very specific before I paid them this money that it was definately a guaranteed loan and that it was NOT with FLM. They said it was guaranteed and would be in my account 24-48hrs after they recieved the fee. Stupidly I believed them and paid the fee into their Natwest account. Obviously the loan never came. I rang up to ask for the double money back that had been guaranteed to me and was told no. So I tried a different approach and said I'd accept just having the original amount back. It was a no again. Apparently because they matched me to FLM (Which I was never told, and I told them when I applied that I specifically didn't want FLM) that they had matched me to a lender and that I couldn't have any of the money back.

Does anyone have any ideas as to how I can get some money back off these t**ts? I know I probably don't have much chance but I want to atleast give them some hassle!

The company is not FSA regulated and is effectively a scam.

There is an old thread on them here:
