FSCC, could you remove your partner from the soa then, it could be confusing for people, and just add a note in the groceries section that you have a partner paying for the groceries, and the fact that your finances are seperate. Is the £200 extra income from your partner, if so, add a note. It will save lots of people commenting on the fact you seem to have a partner according to your SOA who isn't working . You can edit your first SOA by clicking EDIT button in the right hand corner.

How are you managing at the moment to pay your creditors? you can get templete letters on this board to send to your creditors to offer token payments. Are you getting phone calls from your creditors? If so, you can get a letter from here telling them all communication in writing only. My advice would be to change your phone number or get caller display, the phone calls can be a nuisance AND DO NOT THEM THEM BULLY YOU INTO PAYING MORE THAN YOU CAN AFFORD if you do speak to them, alternatively, do not give them answers to your security questions, they should not speak to you without confirming them.

Do you have an overdraft? If so, pop that into the unsecured debts section too, its best to have an honest and full picture.

Can you rent a room out to a lodger? That could bring in some much needed money to help you out.

Have you got anything to sell? If so, try Ebay or Amazon.

Can you change your mortgage to interest only for a while? I'm not sure this will be possible with the negative equity but have a try.

Any luck inputting figures into the CCCS website yet?

I doubt very much interest rates will rise at all this year, (according to SKY NEWS) so I think you may have some extra money to throw at your debts after July.

What emergency advice has it given you? Do you need letters to send off to creditors offering them token payments? I could get the link for you, if you need them

FSCC, you are most welcome and if you need any further help today, tomorrow, next year come back and we will do what we can to help.

I wish you the best in clearing these debts, the road to becoming debt free isn't an easy one, can be a little rocky at times, but the peace of mind at the end of it is certainly worth the journey.
