After being a bit of a lurker here last couple of weeks, i have to say now that i am very addicted!!!!
Last night, i did a household budget for the month, started a weekly food menu and did internet shopping this morning so i dont impulse buy and have even labelled some pots so i can put a set amount in each month eg. birthdays, emergencies, baby/work clothes and "fun money" and once its gone its gone-until the next month!!!!
Hope this works. Determined to be debt free before my snowball chart of September 2014!!!!

something to think about to help organise yourself
i have set up a couple of new saving accounts, i then set up my budgetted amounts for birthdays, christmas and car maintenance to go into these by standing order the day after i get paid therefore that money is gone from my current account so i dont spend it until these situations come up and they do not get gobbled up during the month without realising itDrop a brand challenge
on a £100 shop you might on average get 70 items save
10p per product = £7 a week ~ £28 a month
20p per product = £14 a week ~ £56 a month
30p per product = £21 a week ~ £84 a month (or in other words one weeks shoping at the new price)0
